Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to all products across our site, including Bedazzle Canvases, Candles, Classes, DIY & Creative Kits, and Merchandise.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at popincreate@gmail.com if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or store credit.

Final Sale Items

All Bedazzle Canvas kits, Candle kits, Classes and Workshops, DIY & Creative Kits, and Merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled under any circumstances. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before completing checkout.

Classes and In-Person Experiences

Classes and workshops are non-refundable once purchased. If you're unable to attend, please contact us at popincreate@gmail.com as soon as possible, we may be able to transfer your spot to another date at our discretion, but refunds and cancellations are not available.
